Sam "DaZeD" Marine's Homeless have defeated Crucial Connexion 2-0 (16-12 de_inferno_se, 16-2 de_mirage_ce) in the ESWC NA qualifier grand final to qualify for ESWC 2013.

Marine has been a backup player for Homeless since the team was founded roughly a month ago, but now stepped in for the squad as Keven "AZK" Lariviere departed for Curse.

Lariviere's new team weren't however able to compete in the ESWC qualifier as roster changes are not allowed and their previous fifth, Mohamed "mOE" Assad refused to continue playing for Curse.

DaZeD could return to ESWC this year 

With Homeless left as sizable favorites in the qualifier, they took down Momentus 2-1 in the quarter-finals and Exertus 2-0 in the semi-finals to advance to the ESWC 2013 North American qualifier's grand final.

In the grand final Derek "dboorN" Boorn and company scored a convincing two to nothing victory over Canadian Crucial Connexion, who had defeated BOuNce FlaSh in the semis after a default win over Curse. It is currently unknown whether or not Homeless will be able to make the trip to Paris at the end of October, as the team currently has no financial backing and will have to fund their own travels.
